This is an audio recording of the Facebook Live that took place on the 9th April 2020. It is our objective to convey to the public what is necessary at this point in time to embrace the changes that are occurring at this time. Crypto Currency and blockchain represent a higher level of Consciousness that the collective are ready for. In these episodes we highlight these virtues. Day 1 is to offer you a Vision of how Blockchain can change the way we live in this world… completely, nothing will ever be the same. Blockchain is a 3D manifestation of a higher level of consciousness that this planet is now transitioning into. It’s core principles are based on Unity Consciousness & Transparency in order to reflect the whole. It represents the whole group and is no longer reflecting a One Authority. The core basic foundations are: Blockchain releases us from a One Authority and places the power back into the whole collective. No control - No manipulation. Value will be created by us for us as a whole. (Your Self Worth must be seen and acknowledged) - Currently Self Doubt is hindering this endeavor creating distraction. Trust-less. There is no requirement to trust it as it is designed to be transparent. This will be discussed to give you a clear idea of how this is designed. What does this all mean for the future? What will it look like? What level of consciousness do we need to rise to in order to use Blockchain efficiently? Only lower levels of consciousness would not want this amount of freedom, creativity and abundance. Can you see this?   Falling in love with the Darkness with Hemma Haridin This was the 3rd part of a series of videos with Hemma Haridin Falling in Love with the darkness I feel has been the last piece that was needed to be released where people can finally relax into their Knowing, into their Power, into Unconditional Love and face the Darkness, face their fears, face whatever shows up that paralysis them. It sounds hard, it sounds scary, it sounds unheard of but this video transmits the essence of what happens when you do that. You are magnificent beyond measure. This you must know. It brings forth separation and limitation, it brings forth triggers and arguments, it brings forth war and controversy. Are you ready? FALLING IN LOVE WITH THE DARKNESS

 DOING THROUGH BEING with Hemma Haridin    This is the recording of the Facebook LIVE event that took place in the Kusala Consulting Group with Hemma Haridin yesterday. It is easier to share the video from here as it is now set to public. This has been one of the most profound videos I have ever assisted, because we all had the experience of BEing together, everyone that was on the call LIVE felt the pure connection, felt that BEING that we all "talk" about, but it's not about talking, describing, doing, it's about acknowledging that we are constantly BEING but calling it DOING! The misconception that was evidently seen was that "Being" is occurring and only when the mind describes it we are calling it Doing, creating a separation. Hence everyone is intently focused on Doing not realizing completely that it is your State of Being that inspires you into action. This video is evidence, in the NOW what it looks like, what it feels like and what is truly occurring. The mind will never be able to describe Being, so give up on wanting to attempt it. Let's slow down and notice from where we are creating. 1. What energy field is creating your environment? 2. Are you acknowledging your State of Being? 3. Do you realize where you contract? 4. BEING IS WHAT THE MIND CALLS DOING

I discovered an underlying, very strange fear related to money/karma. So weird but I put it out here. I know somebody who is realized and is being of service for poor families in Bali or for anybody who comes (healing work, supporting, giving) relentlessly for years, for free or donation based, and he has extreme money issues (I know cause he asks for donations more and more). What does it have to do with me? I see somebody giving and giving and getting nothing (money) back. I always thought there is something like fair energy exchange in the universe. What you put out is what you get back. You are always supported. Mind says: Well you can have a great intention, and put out a lot, but if there is some unresolved karmic issue, you can follow your heart or calling all you want, you will not succeed. Its hilarious. But its there. He is none of my business and I don't know the inside story but he is a trigger for my weird mind fear. Basically mind is afraid that I follow my heart and passions with great joy (like I do for 2 years now) but still no money flow will ever happen (like its not happening right now) cause I have this karmic thing going on that is overriding it somehow. ???‍♀️ I can see its very lack based and I see that I am moving more and more out of lack). Its not that this is giving me sleepless nights and most of me laughs about it but for whatever reason, I had to write it to let it go. ??" - Petra

HEAL YOUR BODY, HEAL EVERYBODY - WE ARE ALL ONE

 Day 5: Exposing the fear around the topic of money Noticing the thoughts that create the fear is the initial step to exposing from where this fear is being created from. Now notice how the body is familiar with these feelings, it has been feeling fear, shame, guilt, greed etc for quit a long time. The body/ mind have become "familiar" with these thoughts and feelings. We explain how to reach for the unfamiliar and allow yourself to go through this "withdrawal" period. Everything is always working out for you. This is certain. Remain as awareness, notice these thoughts arise, notice the feeling and breathe. Be ok with what is arising. Notice, bring awareness to how the body is reacting, how the mind is twirling. This is conditioning that you have been identified with for years if not decades. Release yourself from the idea, the perception that you are meant to always stay in. See that you are none of them. Bring awareness into every NOW moment now now now now now now now I love you all so very much. Thank you

 Day 3: Exposing the fear around the topic of money. Can you be at the mercy of your thoughts, your beliefs, your perspectives, your circumstances and ever feel empowered? How can that be? If you are declaring that a perspective must be held whether it makes you feel good or not, this is where we are placing our power. By realising that a perspective is a point of view and that a belief describes that point of view and thoughts uplift that point of view, you are living out an experience to reflect that point of view. There are thousands of perspectives, beliefs and thoughts. Do they hold you at their mercy? Can this be true? Are you your thoughts? Contemplate, investigate, meditate. Find out for yourself.

 What compels you to hide/ keep a secret from exposing beliefs about money? We currently believe that our thoughts and beliefs are talking about the identity referred to as "me". This is a powerful realization to become aware of . Today we discuss these beliefs and we will look at them with the intention of seeing them as they are. "You" are that which is aware of these beliefs. Keep familiarizing yourself with the qualities of pure awareness.

EXPOSING THE FEAR OF MONEY - DAY 1

You are designed to breathe consistently every day of your life YOU MUST PROVIDE OXYGEN TO YOUR BODY NO MATTER WHAT IS HAPPENING IN YOUR REALITY! Remember: Your emotions do not define you. Questioning a belief does not diminish you. Holding on to energy (emotions) makes you perceive lack. Holding onto energy is a full time job; t makes you feel tired, it makes you hold your breath, it obligates you to focus always on that which you hold onto. If you didn't hold onto to those emotions your conscious awareness would be exploring and experiencing new things. You would be creating and expanding. You would be feeling more joyful, expansive and lighter. You would be breathing perfectly, properly. When you breathe properly you allow the Parasympathetic Nervous System to activate allowing your body to go in rest and digest mode.  Allowing energy to flow with no restrictions. If you do not breathe properly (using your diaphragm) the Sympathetic Nervous System will activate and prepare your body for fight or flight activating a whole army of stress hormones in your system. This system should only be activated occasionally, for real threats. Your lungs can take up to 8 liters of air per minute. If it can take it, it needs it. Breathing correctly implies that the diaphragm is moving. If you are breathing with your chest, it is not serving you. The body cannot store oxygen, you must provide it constantly. Your body must dispose of 700 billion old cells every day. The breath is your Chief Cleansing Machine. If you are storing fat it is because you are not releasing toxins and waste. Deep feelings are released through your breath. The best meditation is focusing on your breath. Place your attention on the inhale and the exhale. Your metabolism will get slower and slower the less you breathe. You will put on more weight, you will feel heavier and grumpier. The body is a mirror of the mind, see them as one. Through a process called oxidization oxygen converts food and water into energy. Without energy you don't expand and create anything new. Your body cannot process all the billions of cells and cannot send messages around your body. In order to function properly, your body needs energy. The body can process oxygen in order to make energy, but you must ALLOW oxygen in consistently. You are the creator of energy, and energy creates your experience, hence you create your experience. You are the creator of your reality. The body declines when there is a lack of oxygen. Oxygen creates energy and the faster the energy the higher the vibrations. Higher levels of energy allows you to feel effortlessness. Enjoy the process, enjoy making breathing a daily routine. Master the art of breathing, take up yoga if you can and enjoy meditation. Day 21 of 21 Days Remembering how to breathe

I feel I have  shared all the information that you really need to know about deep breathing and how it is essential for you to have a healthy lifestyle. From a physical, mental and emotional point of view. My intention was to plant the seed and now it's up to you. You're free will to allow the energy to be created within you by deep conscious breathing, or not! Take the time to breathe correctly, use that diaphragm, if you are not using the diaphragm you are not breathing correctly. Shallow chest breathing is not breathing. It is only denying you the energy for your body to function correctly. You are strangling your cells. Slow inhales and slow exhales.  Your body depends on it, your emotions need to be released, toxins need to be released, they are lethal for the body. You mind deserves the clarity, your being wants to vibrate at a high frequency.  Give yourself the chance to shine, be the light, allow your awareness to be ever present instead of being hidden by the low vibrations of lack of oxygen. Day 20 of 21 Days Remembering how to breathe

The body is a mirror of the mind How is it so that your body is a mirror of your mind? Your body is a full representation of what you have been giving attention to. What have you been giving attention to? THOUGHTS! Living in the now and giving attention to what is here you allow the energy to flow and create new experiences. By giving attention to your thoughts you interrupt that flow, hence the body suffers the consequences. Letting go of those thoughts is the most devastating experience to your mind because you believe you are the sum total of your thoughts.  Giving up giving it attention! To give up on those thoughts feels like a death to the mind. But if you do let them go you will be blessed with an experience of life that no mind could ever conceive. Infinite potential. It's your choice. Your free will. Hold on to your thoughts and repeat the same experiences. Your mind says I need to do this thing, so I feel validated, then I will be worthy. But you have never ever needed to prove your worthiness. The mind is a recorder of the past. It does not change. It stands out all the time. It never stops the chatter. Until you keep giving it attention, you keep feeding it energy. You have never changed your mind, every time you have changed you have recognized an aspect of your mind and decided to not believe in it anymore. You managed to increase your vibration and the belief of a lower frequency was seen through by you. The act of recognition occurs when you create enough space to see that you are aware of the mind and you are not the mind. You take your seat of consciousness and become a witness to the mind, that chatters consistently until you stop giving it attention. When you no longer believe the mind, you can breathe with ease. When you believe what the mind says, you breathe with interruptions, you break the flow, you pollute the frequency. You create an obstacle, a limitation. Why is the mind so loud? Why does the mind never stop? Why is it so incessantly loud? Because it is helping you realize who you really are. If I am not the mind, who am I? I am that which is aware of it! Day 19 of 21 Days Remembering how to breathe

 Action orientated or in the NOW?  Action orientated compared to Inspired action in the NOW Unless you have experienced it you can't really say anything about it. But once you get a momentum going of experiencing inspired action over and over again, you can feel the effortlessness of it.  The energy that you feel within you just elevates your desires to engage with life instead of strategising your action around trying to avoid certain things from happening or trying to force things to happen. It becomes exhausting to always be focused on controlling circumstances, events and people. By deep breathing more often with a certain consistency, creating a rhythmic flow of energy, you feel elevated, light and empowered. The Parasympathetic Nervous System is allowing rest and digest functions to activate and your endorphins are released allowing these feel-good chemicals to flow through your body.  You don't really need to choose to be happy in this state. You are feeling on top of this world.  By changing the energetic vibrational frequencies within you, you change the chemistry within your cells. Healing takes place. You feel more empowered and confident and you are much more interested in what is happening right here, right now.  Being more interested in what is happening in the now, you are more aware of what IS actually happening and therefore inspired action is the only action that feels spontaneous.  The only choice you need to make is: are you going to allow energy to be created within you or not? That is your free will.  By agreeing to be energised by the oxygen, the vital life force that is provided to you, you are invited to experience the NOW moment.  Inspired Action: you cannot KNOW "inspired action"; the mind only describes and conceptualizes events and situations. The mind has no business in creating. The mind is only but a tool.  When you think about doing something it takes time. Being in the NOW there is no time, you have no perception of time in the NOW. Inspired action feels effortless when you feel everything is possible. Day 18 of 21 Days Remembering how to breathe

Changing your personal reality to match your new personality Deep breathing retrains your nervous system to tolerate a higher charge of energy.  When you practice consistently you will find that you can feel good practically all the time. Allow your body to feel higher charges of energy to ''push'' out the lower frequencies of energy.  This is inevitable.  These blocked energies in your body can also be referred to as your "crosses" if that vocabulary is more familiar with you. What crosses are you carrying with you? What burdens are always in your awareness? What issues are heavy on your mind? Contemplate for a moment, that whatever you are thinking about, is only happening in your mind. Thinking is just another word for imagining and visualizing. Let that sink in. Contemplate! When you do not hold onto any emotions your body knows how to breathe without any obstacles in the way. That's why it's self sustaining, self cleansing and self healing.  The only thing in the way, the only obstacle that can interrupt the -Vital Flow of Life - are emotions of a lower vibration that are trapped. Negative emotions are not harmful, they are only harmful if you keep them in your body.  If you experience a negative emotion and you release it, it has given you the experience that now enlightens you to know with more clarity what you want to experience next. You keep visualizing and re-imagining what happened in the past and then your mind tries to strategise how to avoid triggering those emotions. You are an expert at visualizing & imagining.  That is what great creators do. We are all creators. When you are not aware of being a creator then your visualization and imagination is directed towards things already known, which is then labelled "I'm thinking". By practicing being the witness of your thoughts when breathing, after a while it no longer feels like a practice. There are no benefits by holding on to any emotion. www.kusalaconsulting.com

Abundance is the only reality. "The Belief in Lack creates suffering" - it is only the belief that creates the limitation, the resistance and the experience you are currently living. It is within your belief of the separate limiting self. Upgrading the Human Being by becoming aware of the fullness of who we are. Awakening, becoming aware of awareness itself. Integrating and upgrading the mind/body complex. Learning to DO through BEING. It's time to fully embody who we really are on all levels, on all dimensions. You are here for a reason and that reason is to thrive.
