This episode is an introduction to a podcast I’m starting called let it out. It serves to help people with anxiety get out their feelings and know they have an open ear in me. I’m here for you. I want people to know they are not alone and talk about their feelings with someone who also has anxiety and trust issues. I want people to be able to contact me and vent if they want to. I left my contact information in there for the listeners.

This podcast will be a space where people can here about how I handle my anxiety. What triggers it and then I leave the floor to the listeners. I want to hear feedback on what’s going on in their lives. I want to give them someone who can relate and someone to vent to if need be.
