Hey Everybody!!  I hope you had the most Amazing Christmas Ever! I wanted to talk to you about 2020 since we are just a few days away from the end of a year and the end of an amazing decade! Life is what we create it to be, but if we are not careful we will keep repeating the same patterns over and over again. I share with you what I saw in my life and what I did when I recognized them. I also give you a tangible exercise to start with on how to look for the patterns in your relationship so that you can attract the mate and relationship it is that you truly want in your life. There are clues and patterns that show up and maybe even been handed down from our family. We just have to be bold enough and vulnerable enough to take an honest look at what our past looked like and really dig in and think about what it is that we truly want for our future. How they know that is toxic, that he is not adding anything to the relationship but the 1st thing she says is "but the sex is so good" .. We are diving into learning how to Embrace the Word NO! Learning how to  tell people NO and take our power back. We are also talking about your who is really your friend or your frienemy? There is a difference and you need to figure that out sooner rather than later. I also dive into figuring out if you are running your thoughts or are your thoughts running you. You get to decide all of these things. You also get to decide if you are going to let someone suffocate your growth.  We are unpacking a lot of stuff today. It's dangerous to be homeless for men as it is, but when you put women and children on the street the safety of them and their children is magnified by 1000x.  This wonderful organization collects donations of purses/bags with toiletry items as well as makeup and gives them resources to help get them off the streets as soon as possible. 54: Stop Leaving the Kitchen All Pissed Off!!!

Hey Everybody!!  I listened to this IGTV thing that Garyvee did and when I tell you it lit a fire under my ass to do this podcast.... I pulled out my phone to do a voice memo right then and what was going to be a short snippet of what I wanted to do today's podcast turned into a Whole Podcast! LOL I am going to give the Kid Warning Now! If you have kids in the car, please hit pause and when you drop them off at school, then hit play!  There is so much fascination with being or "becoming" the Beautiful Butterfly! I am not opposed to that whatsoever! I think everyone should have Butterfly Moments! And yes I said Moments!
