I’ve been saying that Covid was a multi trillion dollar advertising campaign for the STR industry and is sound like Brian agrees. Right now many hosts are seeing almost 100% occupancy heading into the travel season.  This is an indication that we are going to see ANR go up for many hosts adding to the bottom line.
