Episode 10 we talk with a lifetime friend of mine about life, things that he has done, and how our friendship is not affected by my disability. Some subjects are relationships, activities, and things we do on our free time. This was a podcast that was more about our friendship more than advice on how to overcome boundaries with a disability. Hope this help people to understand how people who have disabilities are just like everybody else and to not to treat us any different from everyone else. n this episode, I talk with Nathan about his experience with his disability and how he lives his live despite his limitations. When you have a disability there are always more steps to do before completing a task that should not take a long time, but due to having a disability it takes extra time. We also discuss how Nathan found out about power soccer and what he has learned during his time playing here in the state: as well as, his journey on the national team. Nathan tells us something that he learned though his US team experience and how it helps him achieve his goals in life. I have spent weeks of the last couple years helping at a soccer camp with him and I learned a lot more from talking to him on this episode. I have learned a lot of things in my life and you never know where you will meet people that you will be great friends with. Wes is a perfect example. My whole life I always had a saying "live life" and always pushed to reach things that I wanted to do, but others said that I could not do. I am a very active and sporty person throughout all of my challenges I make sure that I can do whatever I want to do.
