You, see, everything is one. The universe, the body, Nature. Of course, there are many components to the one, but these components are all intertwined. They are in complete symbiosis. They are in HARMONY. The curse of the human condition is to believe that it is not. That our skin is a wall that separates us from nature. Human beings believe that they are superior beings. This hierarchy of beings creates the illusion that we are separated from the ecosystem of nature. That is a lie. Without trees, we would not breathe, and cease to exist. Recently, I read an article that explained that Whales and sharks are such an important part of our ecosystem, that if we continue to kill them, which we do mostly for fun and for greed, not for survival, we would jeopardise clean oxygen on the whole planet. Today I would like you to reflect and contemplate on that principle: you are the universe because you are an expression of it. See it, feel it. This is a path that needs to be taken for your awakening.
