Naked Happiness: All things self-love and self-relationships. This podcast is for any and everyone who thought they would have it all figured out by now. It is a gentle reminder to be patient and kind to yourself on this journey. You'll learn some ugly truths, but the hope is that you also embrace some wonderful lessons. It'll be just like sitting in a beauty salon or barbershop. We'll laugh, cry and maybe even scream. No matter what it is,  I invite you to listen and listen deeply. The pilot episode will set the groundwork for three principles: Peace, Love and Naked Happiness. These three principles will guide our topics. This episode defines these three so when you hear them again on this podcast you know exactly what we mean.  I promise to be honest and vulnerable with you. I am a storyteller. I promise to share with you my truths and listen to yours. Naked Happiness is also a written blog with healing letters. Healing Letters are stories in the form of letters addressed to my younger self. Some of the episodes will be tagged Healing Letters. In those episodes, I will be reading those letters and talking about the inspiration behind it. I am a survivor and will always issue a trigger warning at the beginning of an episode if the content speaks about traumatic experiences. I will ask you to visit the website and submit your healing letters if you'd like to join the conversation. We will also have guests read their healing letters.  I am excited to share this with you. All I ask is that you be patient with me, as I remind you to be patient with yourself. And as always, I am no expert, I am on this journey with you.
