The last few years I’ve had the opportunity to face myself in some depth. I have had all the time to ask myself some deep questions of why I am the way I am. I have been able to heal some wounds from earlier trauma. Becoming aware & understanding my triggers while letting go of many things from the past has allowed much of my stress to disappear & find freedom & forgiveness. The biggest takeaway in my research of myself has been how important those early years are in a human’s life & how that precious time is what shapes us as adults. It’s helped me realize how pained all humans are due to the emotions we have based around trauma & how a lot of these systems can be generational which gives us the opportunity to break the pattern. Pain is inevitable in this human experience but suffering is a choice. The most important work you can do is on yourself & I hope I inspire you to heal, do the work & discover who you truly are.
