She has worked for Circle X and for the past two years served as a weekly producer for The Blank Theatre’s Young Playwrights Festival. Courtney Rackley: Creator & Star of FIRSTS, The Series

This week’s OHMTG! multi-faceted, multi-talented, sex-a-licious featured guest is none other than the one-and-only, CAROLYN HENNESY. Having trained at American Conservatory Theatre and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London as well as earning a dramatic scholarship to the California State University at Northridge. She has played such distinguished houses as the Mark Taper Forum, Arizona Theatre Company and the Geary Stage.  She is the 2001 recipient of the prestigious Natalie Schafer Award for Outstanding Comedic Actress given by the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle and has been featured as an “Actor’s Actor” in the industry publication Backstage-West.   Among other accolades, the LA Stage Alliance has honored her with an Ovation Award, which she also hosted in 2011, and in 2010 she added the words “Emmy nominated” to her list of achievements for her outstanding work on the iconic soap opera, General Hospital. This week’s OHMTG! bold & beautiful featured guest is Joanne Rose, the visionary founder and CEO of Vegan Vision Productions, creating original comedies for women - founded in 2008 in Los Angeles.  Joanne recognizes a need for more strong female leads in comedy with storylines centering on characters with an internal struggle who find inspiration to turn their lives around. Because that is Joanne’s story. While awaiting her break as an actor in Los Angeles, she decided to write, act and produce her own comedy projects.Vegan Vision Productions first project was the multi-award winning US sketch comedy series, Vegan 101. The series launched online in 2009 and ran for 3 Seasons - featuring  highly exaggerated stories about vegans from all walks of life. Season 2 of Vegan 101 guest-starred Oscar-nominated actor, Eric Roberts with music by Keaton Simons and a special appearance from yours truly, MTG.  Five years after Vegan 101 launched, the series was sold to Comedy Central channels globally.
