Both have competed in hundreds of adventure races from sprint through expedition and know a thing or two about being prepared and going far. Jake can run crazy fast, and for long distances too. So much that he has qualified and been selected to represent the USA on an international stage! He qualified for the IAU 24 hour championships in Albi, France coming up this October, after running over 157 miles in 24 hours at the Desert Solstice event in November last year. He'll be racing for the solo win, but also for team USA as the top 3 mileage of both men and women will count as the total team time. Get em Jake! We're proud of you man!

So let’s talk cycling, like real fast cycling, actually real fast anything. Today our guest is Denise Mueller-Korenek. She set a world record for the fastest flat surface, motor paced, bicycle speed record in September last year at 296 kmh, 183.93 mph. Motor paced or not, this is simply amazing to me.
