#245: Let Go of Your Labels In this Friday Facts episode, I am sharing my thoughts about changing our labels or identity.  We tend to give ourselves the identity of what we do for a living, who we are, or about our past stories and experiences.  Once we’ve created that label in our head it seems hard to let it go and create a new identity. I share my own personal story of changing my identity in my profession.  This quote fits perfectly, “It’s like everyone tells a story about themselves inside their own head. Always.All the time. That story makes you what you are. #243: Your Reaction is the Problem In this "Monday mindset'' episode, the difference between intention and reaction.  If we want to create lasting change in our lives, we must learn how to be aware of our reactions that are blocking us from actually creating change.  Life is literally a steep learning curve. #236: Do You Mean What You Say?  In this Friday Facts episode, I am sharing my thoughts alignment and our words.  Too often we don’t say what we mean and we don’t mean what we say, and this leaves us in a state of confusion, misalignment and frustration, which is something we are literally doing to ourselves. This misalignment creates inner turmoil because you are not following what your gut is trying to tell you to do.  Alignment comes when you listen and act accordingly to what your gut is saying.  Learning to ask yourself if something is a hell yes, or if it is a no.  If it isn't a hell yes, then it is definitely a no.  In today’s episode we discuss:1) Alignment comes when you listen and act accordingly to what your gut is saying.  The first instinct is your gut, the second voice you hear is your ego and that voice is trying to keep you small.
