Last week our nation elected Donald Trump to be the next president of the United States of America. While a large segment of Americans were excited another large segment of Americans have expressed fear about what his victory means for race relations in America. Many people feel like Trump's victory sends a message that his "white" voters are not concerned with the well-being of African Americans, Latinos, woman, LGBTQ, and religious minorities. They feel like Donald Trump has opened pandoras box and unleashed the pinned up racist ideals that many of his voters share.
