 Regardless if we reach our goals or not… We check if the goals are healthy in the longtime.  After I got my Kundalini, I liked to meditate the entire day and to quit my job as a therapist…I inherited some money from my grandmother and I decided to meditate until I am bankrupt or something happened in favor of me… Normally I can live from very less money, so the money should be good enough for some years… I made one 9 months meditation retreat, paused for 3 months and again… I even baked my own sourdough bread and sold bread to my friend…I meditated every day 6 - 8 hours, did my Qigong and body exercises and walked for 2 hours every day in the big town park, had only 2 meals a day… I had my fun… My friend supported me with free potatoes, apples and eggs in the winter time and he got my bread for free…  Then I changed my food to only raw cost and I eat until now only raw cost. Because we want to keep all in a healthy shape.And that is our success!5.) Don’t leave crumbs…Don’t ignore the bad deeds that you have done!These bad deeds will pull you down until you find an adequate solution. You are sitting on a time bomb and you don’t know when it will explode. So don’t have regrets, remorse, - solve them!Otherwise, you cannot create a customize future.Create outcome that is for you, that fills you up and that doesn’t harm your future.And these are delayed gratifications. (don’t use it when you have a pacemaker) You bring the Otto tuning fork in vibration by hitting the top of one of the vibrating arms against a hard rubber or a bone of yourself. And then you stick the lower end of the tuning fork handle on these 7 different points. Apply only 1 to 2 times the vibrating Otto tuning fork on these 7 points.When doing more than 2 times/day the healing effect will be diminished. 1.  Crown of the head, crown chakra (highest point of the head).2.  Every new generation has less interest in Religion and that is true for the last 5 generations.For the question “Do I have a Religion”, the statistics of New Zealand for taking birth from 1900 to 1990 went down from 98% to 40%. …Do you believe God exist and do you have no doubts about it? Statistic of the USADecline from 75% to 40% in the taking birth between, 1910 to 1990It depends even not of the age of the people, whether they have an interest in Religion or not, it depends only of the generations.The most developed countries with the best education have mostly lost their interest in Religion. Vice verses Prosperity, physical security (Social security), Science, Education, Modernization, are replacing Religions.How can it bounce back that the Religions interest are growing?If the Religions were suppressed like in Iran, China, then the Religion will grow again.If a person has no Religion, then it is hard to convert him to become religious.If the person is coming from a religious home, it is easier for him to stick to any Religion, even it is a different Religion… Are the Westerners being all rationalists? NoBut still have no interest in Religion.It seems pretty straightforward to me. As societies develop, people acquire more education and more leisure time. They aren't struggling so hard just to survive. The simple, magical answers provided by Religion are no longer satisfying.Today we know already how worse had done all the Religions in the past!Through the press freedom some of the bad conducts of the Religions are and were published…For instance, only 3% to 0.5% of the collected money by Religions for catastrophes actually are spent for those catastrophes. Or recently they found mass graves of killed American Indian Kids in the yard of Catholic schools and orphanages in Canada. The Pope doesn’t feel responsible for that! Nor the Pope feels responsible for the donated $500 Mill for the Haiti earthquake, and nothing had done with that money for Haiti!The Religions are the most corrupt organizations in the world. The Religions have killed, tortured, raped, exploited so many people and are still cheating the people today. The purpose of the Religions is to exploit the people with making them a bad consciousness for having sex (What the hell has the Religions/God to do with sex?), hell, karma… I wonder, why is not pieing obscene?A true Religion is focus: To build up faith in God.To be honest for every price! To help the poor, old and disabled people. To help in catastrophes, instead, to put the money for helping people in their own pocket! To build up love and compassion in the society.To promote sex and family. All the other garbage that doesn’t fit in the religious scriptures to my description should be erased.Sex is totally OK!  First, we look, seriously, if we have an obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCB) for consuming.In this case we do have to do a therapy for that! No advise will help if we do have OCB for consuming. 1. Do we think that the purchase makes us complete?We almost feel incomplete and do have a void that we want to fill…But we never can solve that void or to feel complete by consuming anything!If we are on the inner part to find ourselves and meditate, we don’t have that feeling to be incomplete or have a void that scares us… Rather more, I love that void, because that void is God! And God will fill that void with bliss… 2. Do we like to hoard?Naturally, we are all hoarders who want to hoard something for bad times or for the cold seasons…But this is not necessary today… We purchase only what we need right now and the rest of our money we save: for bad times, for taking vacations, for something meaningful or something useful, for investments…3. Avoid all advertisements when you can.Because the advertisement will stimulate our habit to consume. It is much cheaper to pay the 4$/month for YouTube ad free or for the TV channel ad free…Don’t go for window shopping.4. Replace shopping witha more meaningful life, enjoy your free time instead of watching TV, doing Facebook… 5. Interrupt your shopping impulses so that you have a chance to think of alternatives or to become what you want to be.6. Are your life and working time full filling?If we are suffering through our relationships or job, then the likelihood that we look for substitute satisfactions is very high…Get your life that you appreciate, even with earning less money or with separating from your unhealthy relationships!7. Do you consume because of missing out?We often think that we miss out because of the situation that we are right now… For instance, the Covid lockout right now.
