12. Your happiness is not determined by achieving someone else's expectations of you

In this episode I am sharing four things that have helped me separate my soul's voice from the perceptions of others' and unlearn old beliefs. It is your perception of yourself that matters. Not how others' perceive you. Their perception does not equal your truth. Only you, your soul and the Universe are certain of what's true for you.  The way others see you is a reflection of them, their experiences, their triggers, understandings and the journey they are on. It does not make it YOUR truth. When you're told you're wrong about something, stupid, emotional, making a bad decision, not good at certain things, won't achieve what you want.. do you believe it? It's time to be so self aware that you can separate your view of yourself from the view others have of you. 11. Four ways to hear your soul's voice and separate it from the perceptions of others that are NOT your truth

They are not the same thing and being good at something doesn't correlate with being passionate about it.
