Then it was The New York Times that took me deeper into that rabbit hole with the story "Climate Change Enters the Therapy Room", and then I stumbled upon a 2021 report from the Lancet: "Climate anxiety in children and young people and their beliefs about government responses to climate change: a global survey". Humboldt University Associate Professor, Sarah Jaquette Ray, then crowded my thoughts as she has written the book, "A Field Guide to Climate Anxiety: How to Keep Your Cool on a Warming Planet" and who had been a guest on "Climate Conversations".
