Mindful Mitra is a voluntary organisation based in Australia providing a safe space for people to learn about mindfulness, positivity and growth whilst sharing their experiences and learning life skills. With the motto of "making the world a better place, one mindful mitra (meaning friend in Nepali) at a time", they have people from India, China, America and Canada joining their online workshops.
