She always wanted to make a career out of her love for the outdoors only. She became the first-ever Indian woman to drive all the way from Delhi to London covering a distance of 23,800 km across 17 countries in 97 days. And she achieved this while being the mother of 2. The next year, she drove solo from Delhi to the Pole of Cold in Siberia to unravel something that is known as the cold of bones, which’s one of the deadliest roads to travel in the world surrounded by the thickest cover of snow. In this episode, I’ve been joined on board by an amazing personality who is going to represent INDIA in Equestrian Sports in the upcoming TOKYO OLYMPICS.FOUAAD MIRZA, a 28 years old Indian equestrian from Bangalore, won silver medals in both the individual and team eventing in JAKARTA ASIAN GAMES 2018. He became the first Indian since 1982 to win a medal at an individual event in Equestrian there. Later, in 2019 he was felicitated with Arjuna Awards for showing his valor and contributing to India’s sports field. Fouaad, who had a rich cultural family history with horses, had an early interest developed in this sport right from the age of 6. Dr. Sujata Pandey is a mental health expert, especially for women and children. She’s currently working with the Government of Chattisgarh on their National Health Mission as a District Program Consultant. She holds a Masters&apos;s Degree in Public Health and a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy.During the inevitable situation of COVID and its aftermath in India, Dr. Sujata was among the front-line workers working with the Contact Tracing Team and volunteering as a counselor for women and children facing mental health issues amid the demanding times of pandemic. As a token of appreciation and to respect the front-line warriors, she stood as an early recipient of the COVID-19 Vaccine drive on 22nd Jan 2021 in Chattisgarh. With this podcast we tried and dig deep down on: 1.
