There are so many ways you can experience grief and right now, as the world is on lockdown due to a global pandemic, maybe more people than ever are experiencing the emotional rollercoaster that is grief. It could be the loss of a job, work or a business, a relationship or a pet. It could be the consequence of not being able to do the things and see the people you love due to lockdown.
