In this Episode we touch base on many topics varying from the pressures one might experience at home and in life. Not to mention the pressure we put on yourselves everyday. This episode is special to Matt and I ( "I" being Troy lol) due to Shannon's vulnerability through out the episode. There was no topic that Shannon strayed from. Which is really amazing because these are topics that are hard for anyone to talk about. Maybe not in relation to bodybuilding and fitness, but I'm sure that we have all experienced obstacles and negativity in life that have challenged us deeply.  Shannon shines light on to what it means to stay strong and open in an industry that isn't always celebrated. We talk a little bit (a lot a bit) about expectations, and how they effect the people around us as well as ourselves. There is so much social pressure we have in our society. There is tons of stigma around our choices and how/what the world sees us doing.... "failure" is one of the worst things that can happen... this is not 100% true. That's why we are here, to let you know that the expectations that are swirling around and causing unease are not always valid, and therefore do not need to influence your dreams. Especially if they are from people you don't give a shit about. Or those that are just bad at giving advice.
