Do you ever feel like you're being tested, or like you have to "fight" your way to what you want?  In this episode of Thrive, Jamie explains what's ACTUALLY happening so you can be empowered to get through any challenges life may bring you.  And no... it's NOT a test!   Key Highlights: *It might feel like we’re being tested sometimes…. BUT THE UNIVERSE DOESN’T WORK THAT WAY.  God is a loving God, despite what you may have been taught or what you may believe – the Universe is a “yes” Universe – it wants you to be happy.  *What's happening is the old belief that you are shifting away from still has a lot of energy behind it because it lived in you for so long.  It's the momentum shifting, & the old belief MUST play itself out. Let it. Five potential reasons why it might feel like you're being tested & the solution: Problem1: You're not living in alignment with your soul's truth.  You're not fulfilling your divine life purpose. Solution: Figure out what you LOVE to do. What lights your soul up? Find your soul's Truth by finding what you love. It really is that simple. Problem 2: You're operating from a place of fear - you're living life out of a fear-based mentality. Solution: Understand why you’re living from a place of fear – what are you afraid of? What’s your biggest fear?  Why?  Who told you so?  Is it actually true for everyone on this planet?  Then shift back into that place of total love & trust that you are exactly where you’re meant to be, & everything is working out in your favor. Problem 3: You're hustling to prove your worth. Solution: Remember who you really are!!! You are a Divine Being of light & love, & you are worthy of EVERYTHING just because you exist. This is a deep one – we are all born with innate worthiness wounds, so be gentle on yourself as you untangle this one. Problem 4: You're focused on the wrong thing. What you think is the problem is NOT actually the problem. Solution: Understand what’s at the root of the pain & focus on healing THAT. It’s the core belief.  Trace it back.  What blueprints do you have programmed in you that might be causing this symptom to be popping up in your life? GIVE YOURSELF GRACE!! Problem 5: You're subconsciously choosing to have a difficult life. You're creating it for yourself because you chose it. There is so much stigma around what we should & shouldn’t do with our bodies… there is so much crap around what our bodies should & shouldn’t look like, what we should & shouldn’t wear, how we should & shouldn’t behave in a professional setting, that it can make us feel so fearful and so ashamed that we actually cower away from our own divine power!   *It’s time to stop silencing your inner power by shaming your sexuality. Let's Talk About Sex with Missy Garcia

Life is all about the choices that we make, moment by moment.  We're often faced with major decisions, or crossroads, as I like to call them, that we need to make, & we don't know what the right decision is.  Except that we actually do.  In this episode, you'll learn exactly how to know what choice you need to make. Key Highlights: *Every moment of every day we're making a choice.  The small choices will help you in making the right choices when it comes to the "bigger" things. *Your thoughts & the thoughts of society & your family are loud, & if you don't quiet them, you won't be able to know the true answer. *You actually already know what the best decision is.  Your body communicates it to you through visceral sensations & emotions. *The minute you start saying "Yes, BUT..." or "I SHOULD do this..." you lose the connection to your inner power. *To listen to the episode I mention "Your Best Life is Waiting on the Other Side of Fear," click here. *The only thing that matters is that you honor the decision that is in your best interest.  Whatever choice that is for your higher good, will be for the higher good of everyone involved with the choice, even if those people can't see it yet. *Trust that whatever your gut instincts tell you is the option that is going to be the best one for everyone involved.  This will always be true, there is no exception.  That doesn't mean it won't feel hard at first, but it will be the best move. *Every choice we make either brings us closer to or farther away from our highest, best, most powerful version of ourselves.  The highest version of you is the one that is unstoppable. *Ask your body for the answer.  Ask for help from God & your angels.  Ask for signs from the Universe.  You WILL get an answer, always. *To access the answer, you need to be still & quiet the noise in your head.  Get centered & clear, and focus on the question that you want an answer to. *Be willing to let go of the way you THINK things SHOULD be.  Going to the next phase doesn't take the last phase away from you.  It doesn't make you any less you.  If anything, it makes you more you. *You can determine which choice is for you by asking yourself what excites you.  What lights you up?  What makes you feel so alive and so excited?  That's the thing that's calling you.  It's time for you to follow that calling. *If you follow the "I should" statements, it's going to be a disservice to you AND all the other people that are being affected by that decision.  Remember,  it's not just about you. *You're destined to fulfill that dream that you have.  That's why you have it. *By stepping into that highest version of you that is in alignment with that dream, you are serving the greater good of humanity. *The five steps to getting the answers you're looking for: Get still & centered.  Quiet your mind & stop the internal dialogue. Focus.  Focus on what your body is telling you, focus on the question that you need an answer to. Stay committed to the process.  It takes time. Trust the answer that your body gives you.  Trust where you're being led.  Trust that everything is happening for you & is unfolding exactly the way it's supposed to. Be willing to let go of the "should's." Be willing to move forward and letting go of where you are now.  You are so much more than all of this. When we’re finally able to start speaking our Truth, we get a glimpse at how good life actually CAN be – and we begin to build trust within ourselves again. *You’ll be able to notice those thoughts coming in by how you feel.  When you feel anxiety, stress, pressure, overwhelm, depression, panic, or you're easily agitated or frustrated, or even if you feel like you're taking on too much & you’re gonna break down - these are all signs that you're not living in alignment with your Truth. *The minute you start feeling these things, stop and slow down & ask yourself what’s really going on here. Is it possible that I’m feeling insecure or unworthy?  Is it possible that I’m doing something that’s no longer serving me or in alignment with my highest good?  Identify what it is and give it a voice. What Does it Really Mean to "Thrive?"

There comes a time in our lives where we experience this place called the void, where we know that where we are is no longer serving us, but we don't yet know what's coming next.  In this episode, Jamie explains how to survive the fear felt in the void to get to the other side & experience your best life. Your Best Life is Waiting Just on the Other Side of Fear

Lost Your Confidence? Here's How to Get it Back

I talk a lot about how we create our reality by being intentional about our thoughts & our beliefs, but that doesn't mean it doesn't talk hard work & commitment.  If you're working hard but not making any progress & feel like you're breaking down, this episode is a MUST-LISTEN-TO. Key Highlights: *We create our reality through our thoughts, beliefs, & energy, but that doesn't mean we don't have to put in any work to see results & be successful.  We take what's called aligned action. *There is a high level of personal responsibility to transform and become the best you can be.  Understanding that this takes hard work & responsibility is so important to be able to move through the shit storm. *The body will break down when we do not take personal responsibility for our emotionality and our energy.  Energy is what creates energy.  If you feel like you just "can't catch a break," your body will create a breakdown, either through an illness or an injury to give you a break. *When you're aligned with your Truth & your purpose and your thoughts and beliefs are aligned with that, the hard work won't feel HARD.  The things that feel heavy right now will start to feel fun & effortless now. *Good leaders - leaders of winning teams - are willing to have the hard conversations.  They set the example.  To change the energy of a team, you have to first be willing to change your own energy. *The cost of you not changing the energy & healing the past trauma & emotionality is TOO HIGH to ignore it.  If you are not willing to go to the places you need to heal, you are single-handedly ruining your career & your team's legacy.  Not taking personal responsibility is so selfish.  There is so much at stake by not dealing with the hard stuff. *The past does not define you.  You are not the past or the history of the team, business, organization, or company.  You are not your thoughts or your emotions.  We're all so afraid to feel those emotions that are looming, but by not feeling them we're only prolonging our suffering & putting others at risk. *Your energy is your biggest asset.  It's your team's biggest asset, your business' biggest asset, your organization's most valuable asset, & your company's biggest asset.  You will NOT perform well if you aren't being so intentional & responsible about taking care of your energy. *Rules are made out of fear - fear of failure.  What we focus on expands, and if you act from that place you are inviting more failure. Boundaries are created from love to keep you aligned with your Truth & operating at your best. Turn rules into boundaries. *What you want is meant for you. When you can work on this as a team & do this together, you will be unstoppable.  That's a championship team. *Give yourself grace. Forgive yourself. Trust your gut.
