David has done such a diverse range of work from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to The Willoughbys, from Central Intelligence to I, Tonya; New Order, Parasite, Hacks and so many more. Kate Cox and Gregg Ostrin are two of the most prolific writers in the entertainment advertising industry. Kate has spent her career as a freelance writer working for many agencies, mini-majors and major studios. She shares about her early work such as how she collaborated on the campaign for PLATOON, as well as more recent projects like with FOCUS FEATURES. Gregg is a staff writer at InSync PLUS. Greg reveals much about how he got into the industry, developed his process and the discipline to moonlight as a writer of screenplays, tv shows and stage plays.

On this episode we have both Miguel Branco and Clark Zhu. They are both rising star trailer editors - Miguel is cutting at Rogue Planet and Clark is at Wild Card. Miguel and Clark were both doing fan trailers and mashups as passion projects before they ever got into the trailer industry. Their stuff online got a ton of attention, justifiably so, because they’re really good. In both their cases, they were able to turn their passion into their profession and represent the next generation of great creative contributors to the industry.
