When this occasion was first developed as a tool to address gender injustices in places of work, we called the project Take Our Daughters To Work Day. The idea was that while girls and women were in business settings together, man and boys were elsewhere learning about being an ally to women and girls. Unfortunately, that powerful advocacy message got lost and the effort has become more symbolic of a vocational training and experience effort. I believe that the #MeToo and other forces for equality show why we need to return to our original intentions. Overview AFTER THE TRUMPING

Donald Trump was elected because some people thought him a magically ordinary person. Others had doubts and believe, to this day, that he cannot live up to what he claims to be. Either way, the world will be different before and AFTER he serves a term in office (or part of a term in office). The goal of this effort to is to plan for and take the steps to make the world a better place AFTER THE TRUMPING ... after he does what he does to make or stop the progress of Making America Great Again.
