A Good Fit III

Rev. 12:11a And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony;.... The blood of the Passover had to be applied to the door of the house. The blood of Jesus needs to be applied to the door of our heart.

Apply The Blood of Jesus

Are we loyal to versions of someone who no longer exists? If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature. Our life is compared to a vapor - changing and vanishing.

Vanished

This is an inspirational message of how God makes a way where there seems to be no way. He is faithful.

He Is A Way Maker

The Love of God is not of this world. The love of God will cause us to be flexible, we can bend without break. The love of God doesn't have to get it off our chest. Pastor encouraged us that there are something in life that we need to just go in and delete the file or wipe the hard drive of our soul, because it keeps popping up. There are two things the love of God does. It restore and forgives others. Pastor reminded us to love God and He will help you to love people well.

Love In A Fallen World

Where are strength comes from is the Lord. David could do what he did because of the Lord.The Bible says let the weak say I am strong; In our weakness the Lord comes along side to give us strength. As David would meet with the Lord that is where refreshing and strength came from. Don't give up in adversity, it is in adversity that strength is developed. Our strength is in the Lord.

Psalms 84 II

God has a part and we have a part. If we can learn what our part is and by faith believe God and allow him to do his part. Than nothing is impossible. We ought to have a likeness of our heavenly father, when people see us, they should see similarities. If we want to know what are heavenly father is like, then all we have to do is look at Jesus. Part of God plan is for us to reflect him in the world around us. Do others see the God colors and experience the God flavors through our live? Our lives are being read by others, what are they seeing?

Like Father Like Son

We see that David knew where his strength comes from. We also see what he did because he was strengthened. No matter how dry or how difficult life is, we have rivers from with in to tap into.

Psalms 84

Do you ever find yourself in a place where things are uncomfortable and you don't like it? A small adjust could change things and yet we find ourselves doing nothing. In life we make adjustments all the time. Like turning up or down the thermostat. So if life is going to change it is going to be because we choose to make some small adjustments. When we make adjustments things will change, remember it takes time to see the change.

Making Adjustments

God wants us to be a finisher, so protect what it takes to finish. In your relationships protect what it takes to live all your life together. Remember there is something liberating about doing what you are sent to do.

The Finish Line

Pressure is going to come, so don't think it strange when your faith is being tested. Pressure comes to try and get you to back off, to give in, or to go with the flow. Pressure come to get us to give up the seed of the word of God. Because the enemy knows the word will change us and others we come in contact with.

Pressures Of Life II

It is so important that we know the why behind the what! We can find ourselves doing things because we always have and not know why we are doing them. If we aren't careful people will try to fill the plate of our life with stuff they want done. We have to ask ourselves why we are doing, what we doing? Heb. 12:2 Jesus knew WHY of the cross!

The Why Behind The What

How many of you know that things happen to everyone and at times have nothing to do with you. You didn't do anything wrong! And yet it still effects you. When we procrastinate, we put pressure on other people. Unless we stay well balanced pressure can cause us to fall.

Pressures Of Life

During the Christmas holiday, we often hear about Christmas Spirit or Holiday Spirit. Be filled with the Holy Spirit which isn't based on what kind gestures are shown to us. The Spirit of God leads us to be gracious, kind and loving to people. God wants to show Himself strong and mighty to every soul.
