#40 How to awaken your feminine energy

Today I am sharing with you a self soothing meditation,  where we reconnect with our own inner child. It will help you to accept your emotions, let them be there without judging them. In this meditation I am using Reiki Healing Waves and some other brainwaves.  When we judge our emotions, we build a wall against ourselves, which can be a reason of a lack of energy and our life force. We have to start loving ourselves with these emotions, because emotions are just energy in motion. They want to be expressed. If you suppress them it might lead to pain and illness in your body.
