Within this comes the thought of boundaries. boundaries aren’t meant to keep people out or create a separation, they are a way to Honor ourselves through acknowledging and embracing NO as an act of self love and honoring our yes. Far to many of us are allowing more things that create chaos and are parasitic than things that are healthy and add value. When we can reflect in this openly and with awareness we can empower ourselves with choices. These choices can help us rise up. What You Allow Will Continue

PART 2! Deep within we have two major emotions we deal with, LOVE & FEAR. However, both can’t thrive in the same space so often times we think we are fully loving but we are shadowing authentic love with fear. The fear can be subtle or it can be pressing. Fear is a breeding ground for a dysfunctional relationship, it gives rise to possession and conditions. Through this dysfunction can come abuse, lies, and betrayal. All things unconditional love is not. Many relationships are built off fear and are being passed off as love because its become so common and normalized. Fear can cause you to respond in a way that you run from yourself and in turn your partner(s); creating a cycle where running becomes all you know. Jumping from person to person searching for the missing piece you hold all along. We bring in fear from past or current relationships, child hood traumas, and our own self insecurities. These then influence our emotional reactions and actions, not always allowing for responding to situations in a way that is in tune with our true intention or spirit, but instead reacting from ego. Regardless of where the fear derives, you are not relieved of the responsibility to reflect, discover, and understand. Through growth and healing you can respond and rise more in love, than run in fear. When you run, you abandon yourself and those you’ve built connections with that you may otherwise have embraced. We all hear people say or some of us may even say, "I don't see color" or "I don't care if you're purple or blue" or "color shouldn't matter, we are all one race". These statement may sound good and we know color truly shouldn’t matter but it does. This statement promotes denial and fails to acknowledge the tough topic of racism that most don’t want to discuss. Racism is real and saying I don’t see color only denies the fact that color plays a major role in our lives. Why? Because color is visible and unless you are blind or have something wrong with your eyes, you most definitely see color.
