This is the first episode of the 2nd season of KAMspire Liberated. It’s about connections with people and being human....not a robot. We have to connect with people to feel alive, it’s that simple. I’ve shut these connections off since I was a child, and know I’m learning to feel even though it scares the shit out of me....and that is why I have to keep moving forward and pushing myself with these feelings and connecting with people! Happy Thanksgiving, I am thankful for all of the support of KAMspire! Each and every one of you!

Today was the first ride on my new bike and I can’t put into words how happy it made me! In this episode I’m opening up more and working on not killing my own happiness and that’s what we must get over! Your past and your childhood does not have to dictate how you take on life now! Give it a listen and share with your friends and open up with them !

You never know who you could be helping by telling your story or how positively it could affect them and others around them! Your happiness takes effort and work! We all want to be happy in life! That’s why we do the things we do. Sit down are be honest with yourself about what in your life is causing you the most tension, and then be honest on how much effort you are truly putting into that area! Those two things are directly connected and also connected to your happiness and fulfillment! Go put some true effort into your happiness and that will be carried on to others!

Being happy takes effort!

We can all use criticism! It’s so important that try and see it from other people’s point of view to try and get something constructive from it! Ask for some criticism from credible sources and move forward with it! Let’s go! “We all have our demons, so use them for good.” KAM

We can all learn from criticism...and it’s how we use it!

There is a massive difference between truly healing and covering it up and running. Healing is a disciplined daily battle we must fight to become stronger! There is no magic process and steps or hacks to healing! We all heal in our own ways but we have to stay on top of it and not get relaxed! That’s when the demons come out and the breakdowns happen! Use what you’re passionate about everyday to put the work in to heal! #kamspire is a bridge to healing! You can get better and heal, and yes it does take work every single day!

Healing is becoming stronger, not covering up.

Your will to live is why you do what you do! We all need to work on making this very clear! I believe a lot of people have lost their will to live and feel alive! Be grateful no matter how insignificant something may seem at the time! . Yes in the day of social media it’s easy to fall into that trap of wanting what others have and not grateful for own own! . Go out enjoy the world and live! . Always work on getting better and helping others...but do not become complacent with where you are! But be grateful in the moment! .
