It can be difficult to stop living in the past. Often times relationships can still have a pull on us long after they’re over. But we must accept the fact that it is over with our lover. Time to learn to embrace this new amazing chapter of our lives without them.

He acts like a jerk, treats you like you’re not a priority, but we continued to reward by being so damn available to men and allowing being disrespected. This is why is so important to set boundaries early on during the dating phase in order to have a good, healthy, loving relationship later on.

You’re in a relationship or situationship that has become toxic. It simply can’t continue. You can’t understand why the person you’re so in love with could disregard your feelings. Why won’t they change? You often wonder if they truly love and care for you. You’ve tried just about anything to change the patterns of your current relationship/situationship, but nothing worked. You know it’s time to pull the plug but the thought of losing them scares you, so how do we end the cycle that we often find ourselves in these toxic relationships/ situationships? We know it’s not healthy but why do we continue to put up with these types of behaviors?

Ghosting is cutting off all communication with a potential bae or already bae abruptly without an explanation. Sadly, ghosting has become common in our dating culture that people have to wonder if a two- day delay in response means the person is busy or if you’ll never hear from them again.
