Today I have Jason Claydon on the show who is a 45 year old care worker supporting adults with learning difficulties. He loves connecting with nature and taking walks in the woods. He lives with debilitating conditions. Ankylosing spondylitis, Fibromyalgia and epilepsy. He copes with his conditions through a healthy low carb diet and exercise. He has over 20 years of experience in strength training that helps with his conditions. He has recently got into Keto and intermittent fasting which is easing the symptoms of his conditions.
