Fighting depression is not easy, glamorous, or something I'd wish on anyone. I'm familiar with this old strategy of the enemy. The heaviness, darkness, self loathing, isolating, lonely, hopeless feelings that come along with this mental illness is not something to be taken lightly. I hate those feelings. I understand there are varying severities. I'v even struggled with postpartum depression without knowing I had it for almost an entire year.
