I cover.. ??How I handle comments like ‘you’ve got shit tits’ or ‘you’re so immature and have no idea what you’re talking about’ LOL LOL LOL LOL ??Difference between constructive criticism and non-constructive criticism. ??How hurt people only hurt hurt people (yes read that twice) because when you’re secure within your insecurities you’re too much work to bring down. ??Someone's comments will only hurt you if you believe there is some truth in their statements. ??The number one way to overcome criticism is to accept yourself! ??Why getting defensive or having the need to prove yourself isn’t empowering. Don’t add fuel to the fire. Stop leaking precious energy into low vibe people, redirect it towards something that will serve you. ??Someone will only hurt you when their commitment to judgement is stronger than your commitment to love. ??Why the only people who will ever criticise you are people who are doing less than you (so basically their comments aren’t invalid anyway). ??Some non-defensive come-backs that will allow you to shut down nasty comments and move on with your life within moments without getting pulled into their bs. So even if there is something that you really want to achieve as an adult, if she received any negative or mixed messages around it as a child (e.g. sexuality) she'll hold you back from going there as a way to project you. She is the cause of most of your resistance and most of your fear.  When you are not aware of your inner child it's almost though all of your past fears become current. Any triggers of not feeling loved or good enough can bring you back to childhood. She ends up controlling your life and what you will or will not do and also what you're capable of achieving.  To break free from her narratives that are low key running your life from behind the scenes and to create new ones that are in alignment with your soul truth and original essence is so powerful. It allows you to create new narratives and beliefs that support the life you are trying to create for yourself.  There are 3 steps: Recognising she is a sub personality. Welcome her in.
