Over the last few weeks I have had the opportunity to meet people from around the country and I have noticed that I enjoy going DEEP into conversations with people to really get to know who they are and what they are all about.These people that I have had the pleasure of meeting I can see them have an extra pep in their step when they are chasing a dream and they have given themselves the permission to try something they have never done before. Someone is building their dream house, someone is saving money to afford fencing for their acreage even though they have always lived in the city, another family is sharing the stories of how animals bring their family such joy even when the cows get out.I am excited for you. I am proud of you for going after your dreams. I know that if you buy the yarn at the store because you always want to learn, if you pick up the pencil and draw again, if you save up and decide to leave the city even though you don&apos;t know anything about farming, I know you will feel exited and proud of yourself for doing it. Good job, keep your head up.

We have never done this before, but here is our brain dump of how we are starting our first fall event! We dream of having out ranch as a location for local merchants and farmers to come sell their hard work. This prompted the question, WHO or HOW will the ranch still run?My piece of advice, invite your friends, family, neighbors to join in on your daily routine just in case someone needs to step in. I know if you&apos;re like me, you LOVE your farm life, and being away from the farm isn&apos;t something that happens often.
