This week we are joined by Emily Cain, Researcher & Physical Performance coach at the FA. Emily's interview is one of a series of educational podcasts recorded last year with performance coach Rhys Gillings and other members of the SPC Team. A graduate from the University of Birmingham, Emilys career has taken her across the globe, experiencing a host of different environments and sports to hone her craft.
