Why is it that some people are able to resolve problems quickly while others get stuck feeling stressed out and confused as to what to do next? One of the biggest reasons for this is because most Stressed Out Successes are unaware of the two phases of working through a problem. Phase One is where most people get stuck. They recycle past evidence of what was possible for them and equally recycle future worst case scenarios that limit what options they can take today. And without catching those terrible thoughts, they will continue to believe what their brain is telling them without ever questioning the quality of those “logical” sounding thoughts.
