Mudita is a Sanskrit word that translates as the sympathetic and vicarious joy for someone else’s good fortune. Through this episode I’d like us to explore our learnt reactions to the successes of others, and see how we can not only learn the ways in which we can express joy for what others have, but also to express gratitude for what we already have.
