After taking a four month hiatus of this podcast I spontaneously decided to record an episode while I felt like I was in a trigger of procrastinating on emailing my birth mother about what dates she's available to meet in person for the first time. In this moment I felt like I needed to share what I was going through, so I decided to hit record and here we go! This is me raw, unscripted, and open, walking you through what emotions were coming up and why I was procrastinating.  I firmly believe that procrastination happens when we have an unhealed trauma so we want to stay in a comfort zone. In this case, I still have a fear of rejection and a fear of abandonment in my relationship with my birth mother. During the four months that I wasn't recording I had huge transformational growth that I am so grateful about and excited to share on upcoming episodes. Within the four months, I launched my own company, The Jameson Collective, and Experiential Marketing, Events, and Community Building Agency focused on bringing healing and wellness to your life. I also partnered with Shannon Whalen and we created and birthed Conscious Healing Collective, a community that is a safe space for people to share their truths and experiences while feeling seen, heard, loved, and understood. Our mission is to raise the collective human consciousness through creating deeper connection to self and others by living rooted in unconditional love. We are an international community that brings all forms of healing and wellness to your everyday life through our network of vetted healers and practitioners.
