I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to talk about in my podcast. I just now I really love the idea of creating a podcast. A place where I talk about whatever comes to me and hopefully someone else finds it interesting enough to subscribe and comment. So, by way of an introduction, I thought I would give you insight into what I am hoping to achieve and as you can hear I really have very little idea about how this is going to be. I wasn't sure whether to plan it or wing it but I decided on the latter. I don't know why young people should be the ones having all the fun in this age of reality TV, YouTube channels, social influencers and people being able to run their own show in whatever way they want. I decided (at the age of 52) to get in on the best of it and see what happens. Maybe I'll get bored and move on to something else, which sounds like me.

I am a Flexitarian (meaning I eat meat/fish - just less of it) who has discovered how eating a more plant-based diet can improve my health. I love nothing more than watching netflix and vegging out with my favs - roasted sprouts, peppers, broccoli and hummus. I'd love to play a part in motivating you if you are interested in increasing the amount of fruit and veg you eat.
