When we are struggling we can call on our ancestors for guidance. Our ancestors are alive within us, and they can show us their love and offer their support any time we tune into their wisdom. When I was a busy young mum I worked hard to be able to continue my meditation practice, as sometimes it was the only point in the day when my time was my own. This short but calming meditation is designed to give young mum's some much needed and deserved time out.
