Our biggest kryptonite as women is caring way too much about what other people think.  I swear this is the master skill that has put me into the top 1% as a female entrepreneur in the life coaching niche. We as women are wired with more EGO. Here's why... we are more emotional. We care more about what others think of us and we try to be perfect.  So when we put up this perfect front and then we make a mistake it's like dooms freaking day. We get heat for it and we take it personally. My first tip is the more real you are the less ego is involved and no one expects you to be perfect or never make mistakes because you never said that's who you are. This second part is science which explains consciousness so it's not woo woo, it's quantum physics. Our thoughts carry an energy so every thought has a frequency and our body holds the negative thoughts as emotion in the body. Queue body pain. The way our brain works is it creates an image and then we attach an emotion to it.  So that one shitty message you got weeks ago has been repeating in your mind up to as much as 60,000 per day. Our body reacts to the emotion we connect to the image so it feels like you have been rejected millions of times more than you actually have. Today, we're going to talk about stop the negative self-talk. So last year alone, we had over 600 women and we taught them how to overcome this negative self-talk. So the basis of every problem is really that fear that we're not good enough inside. And maybe yours manifests in binge-eating, or feeling not good enough in your relationships, feeling insecure, auto-immune diseases, infertility, you name it, right? Those are all just symptoms of a bigger issue and a bigger problem and I'm here to help you work through that today. So I get it, that negative self-talk is probably one of literally... I don't like seeing notifications when I record. It's just for a call. Literally, our kryptonite is negative self-talk because that literally starts creating our vibe, our mood, what we focus on. Then if we start thinking these really negative thoughts about ourselves, then we are in that mode. So we start attracting more negativity from other people and it's just this really crazy snowball effect. So I'll be real honest that every time that I up level or do something new, the first thing that comes in is this negative self-talk that says, "Oh really, you can't."

It makes shit that we used to love not fun anymore. It causes us to feel completely powerless and leaves us with no options.  So we crack. I have been there sister. And unfortunately there is no final destination. Everytime you grow you will experience challenges, you will feel afraid of getting uncomfortable, it will be hard. The victim will quit and say it's too much, and feel sorry for herself. While the champion will feel afraid, will think about quitting, will fall, will cry… And she will get back up stronger every time because quitting is not an option. The pressure will always be too much when we don’t know how to process our emotions and negative experiences. We will always end up feeling suffocated. Yet there is another option… Get out of survival mode, surrender, and learn how to accept the challenge with an open heart. This is the only place where we have infinite possibilities and where we feel held, loved, and supported by life. Our focus becomes... I am here to create, grow, flow, and evolve into a better woman.
