There are some things that just are a given in life that you should do like…drink your water, brush your teeth, exercise regularly, make up your bed…what about mind your business?  Lol.  It’s something that people say as a joke or to shade people at times, but there are true benefits to minding your business and today we are going to talk about them.  In this episode I’m going to give you three good reasons to mind your business and I hope to inspire you to mind yours.

We're backkkkkk! There are 60 seconds in a minute, 60 minutes in an hour, 24 hours in a day, 7 days in a week, and 52 weeks in a year.  That equates to 525,949.2 minutes per year.  Sounds like a lot of time, huh?  Well, it kind of is, the question is, what are you doing with this time?  Time is one of the few things in life that is constant.  The number of minutes in an hour doesn’t change.  The number of days in a week doesn’t change.  We are the ones who change from moment to moment, minute to minute.  So, that leads me to ask, what are you doing with your time?  Are you wasting it?  Do you find yourself constantly racing against the clock and running out of time?  If so, you aren’t alone.  So in today’s episode, we are going to discuss some of the top time-wasters in our lives and discuss how to use our time more wisely and I hope to inspire you to take advantage of this time.
