(until you find the right ones!)2- Establish Boundaries!3- Red flags? No seriously it's a red flag!! No it's not yellow, not orange, it's freaking RED!4- You will seriously start asking yourself why you thought owning a business was a good idea. 5- Respect your employees because they are your lifeline  6- I'm far from perfect7- Sometimes firing someone is better than letting them quit8- I didn't do that THREE TIMES and I regret it EVERY time... when will I learn?9- Trust the process10- Know when it's time to stop.If you have a bustling business but you can't seem to get a grip on how to fix what's wrong there are tons of resources out there that can help!
