Growth Begins When You Embrace Uncertainty

#37-Raise your hand if you have experienced this? You just finished a tough and hectic shift, and your mind is still buzzing from the day. Or you notice that the body is tense and has a vibration about it. Now ask yourself, why can't I stop this racing mind and relax my tense body?
