This Mystic Body Meditation will help you connect to your chakras using the energy of your heart chakra. The heart chakra is the center of healing. It is the color green. Once you open your heart chakra by listening to that chakra you will find it easier to relax your whole body and release stress. This chakra unlike all others will connect you to your whole body. The heart chakra is best symbolized by the yin yang symbol. Think of the energy as moving in a circle going up your chest and down your back like an engine or a windmill. You can also connect to your heart chakra by feeling the energy lifting up from your chest and at the same time feel the energy going down your back from your shoulders. It’s the opposite of tension. This energy is always moving in at least two directions. The energy of your heart also extends out of your hand, which is where we get the saying “healing hands”. Focusing on the heart chakra is what people mean when they say follow your heart. Use this energy to connect to the universe, connect to other people and connect to yourself. New Moon in Taurus Meditation 01:05

This Mystic Body Meditation will help you connect to your chakras using the flow of energy. In this meditation we focus on how to open your chakras and get your energy moving by using the natural energy flow through your chakras. We use two terms in this meditation parallel and perpendicular. Parallel is used to describe the energy running parallel to the surface of the earth. Parallel is defined as lines or planes that are side by side and having the same distance continuously between them, parallel lines never meet. It is best visualized as the equal sign (=). Perpendicular is used to describe the energy that runs perpendicular to the earth. Perpendicular is defined as two lines or planes that meet another at a right angle, or at 90°. It is best visualized as the plus sign (+). Also, please note that during this meditation when discussing the stars we accidentally say below the stars instead of above. It is possible to feel the energy of the stars below the earth. But in this context we meant to say above. Also another note, this meditation is more energetic than previous meditations and may be better used in the morning or anytime you want to give your body more energy. Scorpio Full Moon in Taurus Meditation 01:03

This Mystic Body Meditation will help you connect to your chakras using color. This meditation may be controversial in that unlike most common teachings, in this meditation we use a dark indigo to connect to your crown chakra and a reddish/purple to connect to your third eye chakra. Most teachings we have found have reversed those two colors for unknown reasons. We have tried for years to connect to those chakras using the common colors and we’ve found it to be difficult. However, when we reversed the colors, we were able to connect, so this is what we recommend. We deeply believe we are all on our own paths and no one path is greater than another and in that respect there are infinite paths to enlightenment. There is no one way. In fact, we all might have our own way. So while we encourage you to connect to your chakras using these colors. We would also encourage you to find what works best for you.
