Ashley Manuel is a primary school teacher based in Adelaide, Australia, who is on a mission to help children today find more happiness in their lives, now and into the future, through an inspiring program Growing With Gratitude.  The program uses fun and easy to implement activities to generate happiness, promoting kindness and gratitude. "Five habits of happiness" form the basis of these activities, which are incorporated into the tools and resources available to teachers, parents and students. In this episode I talk with Ashley about the program, what inspired him to create it and the vision he has to positively improve the wellbeing of kids all around the world. We also talk about the personal growth that Ashley has experienced as a result of living by the principles in the program, and the positive outcomes he's seeing as a result.
