The 2019 Kick Off Edition!

In this episode of our "Coaching Calls", we touch on client acquisition!  Since new client acquisition is 50% of your business, this is a huge thing to see inside of your business and how many new clients you are acquiring. No matter how good and amazing you are at "Showing & Selling Homes", you MUST have new clients to sell more homes and hit all your goals!  And in this coaching call, I walk you through an exercise to identify what you are currently doing in your business to acquire new clients and how much time you are spending on it. And once you are clear and can see inside your business, you can make changes to hit the goals you have for your business. I also give you my "personal number" on how many new clients/leads you will need to meet each week and how many actual convert into closed sales!
