Jonty Rhodes, commonly regarded as one of the greatest fielders of all time, popularized fielding in a sport dominated by batting and bowling. His love for India is no secret, given that he has named his daughter, India. Jonty is almost 50 but whenever he hits the meadows, he looks like a 20-year old. I ran into him on multiple occasions and each time his enthusiasm, energy and humility amazed me. We had a fun chat where he shared about how he grew up playing sports, his journey to becoming a cricketer, what he thinks of running and the importance of practice. General Dogra served in the Indian Army for over 37 years with a wide-ranging experience in Strategic Planning, Administration, Leadership and more. He was awarded Ati Vashisht Seva Medal  in March 2019 by the President of India in recognition of "distinguished service of an exceptional order" He is a committed sportsman and an adventure enthusiast. He has undertaken a mountaineering expedition to 22,000 feet and cycled from Leh to  Chandigarh over five of the highest mountain passes. The Only General in the World to Complete Ironman - Major General Vikram Dogra

Rajeev Janveja, or Chef RJ, is as passionate about running, as he is about the delectable food he creates, and so it only made sense to pick his brain and find out how one can be a great chef and be superfit, all at the same time. He has launched many quality restaurants pan-India. While delivering his ideas and mandate on food concepts, he also emphasizes a lot on healthy living and fitness. His enthusiasm towards marathons is so infectious that over a dozen team members have trained as pros and are running the circuit, while a large number have taken up running as a hobby to stay fit.  Neeraj Dhiman was introduced to running by his girlfriend (and now wife). At the time Neeraj was dealing with a stiff neck and a stiff back which prevented him from playing squash, his usual sport and workout routine but he could run. He started out slowly and now for the past two years he and his wife have been running together. Running helps Neeraj to bring focus and awareness to the moment and it’s his time off from the digital world. He loves running to Buddhist chants and as soon as he finds his cadence and rhythm, running becomes akin to meditation for him. We grabbed a quick 10 min chat at the Marathon Expo to discover his fitness mantras.
