If you are feeling any emotional reaction other than gratitude or neutrality to your current or former relationship, something is still unresolved, and you keep calling them back to you with your strong emotional reactions.  This is all part of your emotional baggage.  It’s you that needs to be healed, not looking for that next great relationship.  You can bring new life to your current relationship or if you’re looking to stop repeating the same relationship patterns.  Here are some of the steps to releasing your hot emotional connections.  Stop enjoying your hot emotions. Some people like getting angry and telling everyone about it.  People will then sympathize with you and help you stay in the injustice and fury.  This is poison to you.  You are not hurting anyone but yourself by keeping yourself in the drama.  You are punishing your body by not allowing it to heal, which it can’t do in a stressed-out state. When you are experiencing your low-frequency emotions, cut the cord to the thought by dropping your arm down three times between you and the person or object that’s stoking those emotions. How to have healthier relationships by healing yourself first: releasing your emotional baggage

Is your relationship with the people around you doing you any good? Anytime you feel unloved, unappreciated, or if there are unforgiving and resentful people to you, just cut the cord. You can break the habit of dysfunctional and toxic relationships by healing your energetic connections. Choose the people that you want to exchange energy with so that you’ll have the best relationships. There are two primary ways you exchange energy: one is near field interactions, and the other is distance interactions.  They each operate by a slightly different set of rules.  Picture this scenario:  You meet with your critical mother, and she says that if you had tried harder, your marriage wouldn’t have crumbled.  If you buy into that idea the least little bit, your energy is knocked off of you, and she scoops it up in her self-righteousness.  Critical parents are a whole other topic, but suffice it to say, they don’t have to say much to bring you into this sort of dynamic with them.  It could be just the look at the dress or suit you are wearing, and you feel the criticism.  You basically crumple.  This is what falls under the category of distance interaction.  It can be done in person or by phone.  They don’t have to be in proximity to you to feel the effects.  This process is called cording, which is a line of energy between you and another person.  You can exchange energy this way.  It is the primary way we exchange love energy, which is the only healthy energy exchange. There is scientific evidence that this kind of interpersonal energy exchange happens. Experiments show the energy field around the critic grows while that of his/her victim shrinks. You might even call the person drawing off your energy an energy vampire.  They are not aware they are doing it because they’ve been allowed to and gotten away with it for so long.  It has been their means of survival.  You have to teach them a new way of interacting with you.  What happens after that is that your relationship shifts towards the positive, or they move on.  It’s a win-win situation and worth the effort. How do you heal your energetic connection?  The first step is to reclaim your energy back while releasing theirs.  The next step is to sever the unhealthy connections. Steps to help you heal your energetic connections to change who you attract You have been given labels, many of them not so flattering, by others.  You’ve taken them on.  The labels or name-calling can’t affect you if you let the criticism fall off you like you’re made of Teflon. One of the ways I cleared the labels was to write each label on a piece of paper and put them in a gift box.  Incompetent, lazy, selfish, bitch, stupid, dimwitted.  When I was done with it, I put a label on the box and a bow around it.  The label was to the person who “gifted” me with the labels.  I then burned the box and let the spirit take it away.  I then made a list or inventory of positive qualities and reclaimed my power. I went out into my backyard after a noxious conversation with my mom, who criticized the way I was raising my children.  I got one of those dandelion weed pullers and jabbed each weed out of my backyard as if it were one of those critics.  I did it with relish:  “Get out of my head, I am not listening to it, take that feeling and take that label of out my body. Get this fury away from me. I don’t need to live with you. How dare you say I’m not taking good care of my children.” I wrote journals in the morning, writing all my feelings down on paper right after I awoke. I just kept writing and writing until I ran out of things to say.  Some days it would be 20 minutes and others it would be 90.  I just kept going until the maelstrom in my head calmed down, and I could think clearly.  I had a lot going on, and I’d even make a list of what I needed to get done that day.  I took a plastic baseball bat to my pillow and started a dialog with it as if I were talking to my mom. I had buried so much anger deep inside me that it needed to come out.  I pounded that pillow with all my strength and anger that had been buried for so long. “How could you send me into the world defenseless?  I needed to be able to get angry, but instead, I buried it.  So, take that and that.  I need to get angry. It’s okay to get angry.  Anger is a defense. I needed to know my boundaries were violated.  I had to be allowed to be human, and I wasn’t. “ After the last, my voice changed, and I changed.  I became more real and more open.  I didn’t hide anymore.  I was no longer anchored to my two worst critics, my mom and my ex-husband.  To protect yourself from the reinfection of this relationship, keep cutting down on your energetic cords to sever them.  Just cut the cord every time you think of them or every time you get angry or feel sad.  They are calling you back into the fold, and you are drawing them back with thoughts of them.  These steps go a long way to reclaiming your strength, and I’ll be you have your processes, whether it’s writing, physical exertions, screaming, or a combination of all of them. While working with some exceptional women and men, Anastasia learned that while they are intelligent, their relationships are complex and even puzzling to them and others. It is challenging for empathic and sensitive persons. Her introversion, background, and sensitivity to others also give her problems.    When trauma is present in your interpersonal life, it is necessary to heal approximately 12 energy connections to others, your higher self, and inwardly.  When Anastasia was a child, she was taught to know better when she did things that naturally occurred to busy interested children, but Anastasia thought she was to blame for doing something, quote-unquote, wrong.  Anastasia and her partner agreed early on in their relationship; he said it was her fault. And she admits that she was at fault. As a result, there is a warped sense of self. And it results from someone else exerting enormous influence over you and deciding what is correct and incorrect. In other words, they take on the role of your God.  You may be unaware that you are being abused as if you dislike the guy who attempts to persuade you into something you don't want to do. And when you answer no, they view it as an opportunity to convince you otherwise. Thus, they wear you down until you agree.  When a healthy person says no and the other person attempts to convince them, the healthy person will walk away and declare, "I'm out of here," but the unhealthy person will stay otherwise.  Many of us trapped in vicious cycles, preoccupied with pleasing others as if our careers are being decided for us. And then you realize that whatever you do outside of your career vocation is draining life from you.  Anastasia found herself boasting about her successes far too frequently, even though it was necessary for the sciences and made communicating with people outside the sciences exceedingly tricky.  When Anastasia's ex-husband was critical of her at the time, she believed him. He said all sorts of things insinuating that she was useless and incapable, even casting doubt on her laboratory decisions, which she was the expert on, not him. She felt unattractive, incompetent, and perpetually incorrect.  Anastasia took a long time to identify that she was experiencing emotional distress. She was unaware because she had never known what it was like to be free of the difficulties that surrounded her. She even read other people's stories; her mother sent her these books. Anastasia was told stories about other people who had been in similar situations but did not identify herself.  Anastasia was aware on some level that she was unhappy since there were many days when she wished she could hop in her car and drive off into the sunset, somewhere else.  Anastasia got her son's plastic baseball bat, hid in her room, and began hitting a pillow, releasing the rage she had accumulated over the years. Have you ever promised yourself that you are going to accomplish something, like start a business, write a book, sort your pictures into albums or lose some weight but never got very far? Sometimes, you make huge strides in progress and other times, you drag yourself out of bed and there doesn't seem to be any difference in your outside circumstances. One of the major stopping blocks is the way you value yourself and keeping your word to yourself. Another is that the "dream" isn't really what you want. These are big decisions you must make to take it a step further: Is this a "dream" you really want? Does your opinion of yourself change if you are a different weight? Does your opinion of yourself change if you are a success in a business? And does your opinion of yourself change if you write a book? These are good questions to journal about. Basically, if you are trying to please others in accomplishing this goal, then generally it is the wrong goal. The way you value yourself is the next big decision to make. Do you hold other people's opinions of your higher than your own? Do you think you are less valuable than someone else? If you had an angry partner that stressed you out so much, you got sick, who would you choose - them or you? I had to answer that question 26 years ago. I chose me. Take small steps to take your life back The first practice to raise your energy or vibrational frequency when you find yourself in this situation is to keep promises to yourself. Make a small one an do one a day. Start with something that you want to accomplish. Let's say, writing a book. Promise yourself that you are going to write for 20 minutes starting at 7 am. Write for 20 minutes. Then move to something else. The next step to reclaiming your life is to honor yourself in other ways. Release old, worn out stained clothes, furniture, shoes, cookware, or anything else that tells others you don't respect yourself. If it's a favorite, repair or replace. Releasing the past allows for an unencumbered future. Get daily exercise. It releases stress. When you schedule your needs first, everything else actually gets done without the wear and tear on your psyche. The small steps add up to big progress  Each little step you take for yourself will snowball into huge progress. You can overestimate what you accomplish in the short term but greatly underestimate what happens in the long term. Committing to two to three hours a week on your dreams helps manifest them a lot more quickly than you imagined. The main concept to manifesting is to start with one small commitment, keep your promise to yourself, and move to the next step. Energy healing tips to manifest your dreams: Getting to commitment

To discover more about the processes that I used to create better health, relationships and even wealth, go to scientifichealer.com/energizeme   Properties of the quantum field The first property to know about is how you reaching into it perturbs the field.  That is, you can change it.  And the second property is that it spans all time and space, you are defined by it.  If you can perturb the field, and it spans all time and space, it means you can change what you have and who you are in this universe.   This really is what is meant when people talk about reaching into the quantum field.  The thing you should realize, you already have access to it because you are in it.  Believing you can change it is essential.  No one is stuck.  There are plenty of exercises you can use to do this, and this one that I’m going to outline today and tomorrow is powerful and anyone can use. You may have heard that thoughts are things: your thoughts can bring things into reality. First step to new reality So here is the first step to creating a new reality: it’s releasing your old reality.  What the great proportion of people mistakenly do is focus on what they don’t want.  As soon as you focus on your undesirables, you bring them into being and keep them in your reality.   Today’s process should be done on the last day of the year, yes, today, December 31st.  But it can be done on any day you want to turn a new leaf over.   First, close out the past.  In other words, putting it in your rearview mirror and that you are focusing ahead rather than behind.  This is the key to the magic. You are removing your undesirable layers In energy healing  for example, removing the layers that you have on you that are disharmonious with you is the first step to releasing the illness, unhappiness, and poor relationships.  It’s in essence, an energy detox, releasing the energetic poisons in your body causing you pain, disease and discomfort.  The way I do this process is with pen and paper, I personally use a journal that I only use for writing my thoughts down.   On the last day of the year, I write out between 10 and 20 behaviors and situations I’d like to be in my past.  While I am writing these statements down, I have a very clear vision in my mind of where I want to go towards the future as I make a statement of what’s in the past. That’s the first step, on the last day of the year, release the life that was but doing it in such a way that blocks the old from re-entering your life.
