Toxic Body Positivity

 Does it ever feel like sometimes you put so much pressure on yourself to achieve your big goals in a certain time from what you give yourself. It's okay to extend your time from your  goals. It is okay to take a step back and really take in your surroundings and think about how you can achieve your big goal without putting so much pressure on yourself. It is unnecessary and not going to help in the long run. Sometimes it is necessary to Slow Down To Speed Up.
