Episode 163 Logan Herlihy - Gym reopening protocols

Back to business but not as usual. This episode marks the opening week of gyms, personal training studios, etc. and the finale of The Coronavirus Chronicles. Personally, I went from having about 40 clients to working with 15 during the week, having 23 postpone until maybe July, and 2 actually quitting all together for different reasons. There's been a mix of reactions to the steps gyms are taking to adhere to the guidelines. Beyond the pandemic there are other things happening in our world that continue to plague our society which changes my focus throughout this episode. This is the last week before I return to work. I keep things short again as I tried to soak up as much time with Melissa and Kennedy as possible. I'm aware that a lot of people are living in different circumstances so I try not to dwell on my situation but I'm having mixed feelings about the upcoming week.
