Guys, do you realize the Genius that is within you? Each and every one of you has a tremendous value that you bring to this world and your work, your businesses, your products, your services, your talents and skills are so incredibly needed on this planet.   We forget that we have this amazing gift, this Genius that we carry within us, each and every one of us has it. I am here to help you tap into it and you start to tap into it by taking a step back and remembering exactly what it is you are doing. It’s easy to fall into the daily hustle and bustle of getting those emails written, and writing emails isn’t really WHAT you do….it’s easy to get lost in the daily minutiae. We forget that our REAL work is the work we wake up excited to do every day, and that is the greater vision that helped manifest your business.    So, to get tapped back into your genius and unleash your brilliance, here are 3 questions I like to ask of my clients and of myself: What is the work you do in the world?  What do you do that just gets you excited and onto cloud 9?  What is the impact you are having in the world and how are you creating that impact?    Once you’ve answered these questions, start talking about them. Talk about them out loud. Get it out of your notebook and your journal and get into an email, onto a social post, a story or share on live video. Ep. 2 - Tap into your Genius and unleash your brilliance to create the BEST marketing results.

Hey ya’ll it’s Rubina Cohen. Okay, so I’m seeing this so much, that I am dedicating a significant portion of my time and my business to help people stop this….Stop over-thinking and over-complicating your marketing.  I basically created this show because….well, I myself started having this problem! It’s just a killer. I’ll tell you why. I thought about doing a podcast literally almost 4 years ago. Seriously. 4 years. I think I spent the first 2 years just thinking about it. What a waste. Then, I decided it was time I actually do something. I signed up for one of the popular podcasting courses out there. Yup, I finally took swift action..I very quickly gave someone my email address and credit card information and downloaded the course. Then, the course materials started rolling in every week. I had absolutely no time to work through the course material.  I procrastinated on that for another 6 months, then one weekend I bit the bullet and binged the course materials. Guys, you would be so impressed, I took copious notes, I even researched equipment online! Nothing. Another year goes by...no podcast. In January, I told my mastermind, its happening, it’s totally happening...I am doing this. 2019 is the year! I got my podcast art created, I had my VA who happened to be my wonderful sister, create about 20 episodes worth of descriptions, topics and even show notes. The 1st quarter ended, the next quarter began...it wasn’t until my coach and team members said to me, “Rubina, you are over-thinking this...you need to simplify...and BAM...I knew she hit the nail on the head.”  You see, I am a creative a designer and to some degree a perfectionist...my work sometimes requires this of me...it can be crippling when it comes to growing a business and creating momentum.  So, here we are. This show is all about inspiring you the creatives, the makers, the designers, the artists  to take action and create huge leaps with your marketing and in your business. On my podcast, We’ll discuss how you’ll do all of this while staying true to who you are. Nothing salesy guys, this is about  authenticity. We’ll be discussing how to tap into and stay connected to your genius and how to let your brilliance unleash so you can take your business and earnings to elevated levels.  All of this through simplification...let's simplify things my friends, getting people to resonate with you is a lot easier than you think.   Who is Rubina Cohen? -  My experience and background Started in the nonprofit world - mission and vision based  Impact and value first Making money not (top priority) what I noticed is that nonprofits always struggled. I left the nonprofit world to work for a renowned PR/ Marketing firm, then the recession hit in 2008 and I was out of a job. I was resourceful...called a few people and I was in business and I haven’t looked back! I’ve grown my business significantly over the past 11 years. I’ll share all of my stories here with you.  What We'll discuss: You don’t need to understand formulas and data,etc. To be a good marketer. Being a marketer is seen as a “dirty” word or task...what is Marketing really though?
